Traditional Chinese medicine believes that cold hands and feet (jueleng) are mostly related to the weakness of the human body and insufficient kidney yang, which causes cold evil to block yang and loss of qi and blood. This phenomenon is mostly women and the elderly.

  Recommend a prescription to relieve cold hands and feet: take 40 grams of astragalus, 10 grams each of cassia twig and dried ginger, 30 grams of white peony root, 12 grams of angelica, 15 grams of Wang Buliu line, 6 grams of attached tablets (decoction first 30 minutes), 6 grams of roasted licorice, 10 jujubes, decocted in water, 1 dose a day, 1 course of treatment for 7 days, and 2 to 3 courses of treatment.

Among them, Astragalus is sweet and warm in nature, can nourish the qi of the spleen and lungs, reusing this product can replenish qi and promote blood circulation, and promote blood circulation throughout the body; Cinnamon sticks are pungent and warm in nature, which can dispel cold and relieve the surface, warming the meridians; white peony and angelica are nourishing The effect of regulating yin and blood by regulating blood; Wangbuliu promotes blood circulation, diuresis, and dredging collaterals; dried ginger warms yang to dispel cold, with tablets to warm the kidney and yang, the two flavors are combined to strengthen the yang to eliminate yin and cold, and the whole body and limbs are relieved by cold temperature. Roasted licorice and jujube can nourish qi and benefit the spleen and reconcile various medicines. Combination of various flavors can benefit the temperature and yang, dispel cold and dredge collaterals, promote blood circulation and nourish blood. Generally, taking 5~8 doses can restore the yang qi to qi and blood, and relieve the coldness of the fingers; even take 2~3 courses of treatment, the remaining symptoms are expected to be eliminated.
